Mini-Circles

The mini-circle is a lightweight way to work through a conflict. The mini-circle (or micro-circle) process is a simplified form of Restorative Circles, a practice that draws on the principles of Nonviolent Communication.

We use mini-circles in our Family Fun Day workshop.
